    This machine has a unique, compact and non-conventional design. A pulley travels upwards/downwards and is fully adjustable to various positions and levels. A pull-up and chin-up bar give the machine the extra feature allowing more variations to be exercised. Additional accessories can be attached to this unit to perform multiple other exercises. The Being Strong Multi-Functional Station provides a dual weight stack of up to 220 lbs. each.
